Each tread comes with a nonslip safety surface in two colors, yellow and black. The AquaTrek2 Ladder is removed for automatic pool cleaners, retractable pool covers and solar blankets. This product is the practical solution for aquatic access to inground pools.

In some circumstances, it is necessary to offer a heavy-duty option for the AquaTrek2 Ladder. This option enhances the durability of the treads and the weight capacity of the AquaTrek2 Ladder. This option is used only for situations where the weight capacity requested is 600 pounds or more. Extra support legs are placed underneath each tread and onto the top of the tread beneath it. This helps each tread absorb the shock of impact from individuals that use the unit.
